No regional or state passenger rail advocacy group offers a publication that exceeds the DVRP in quantity, quality and, certainly, value. The newsletter describes official plans, analyzes change and the reasons and motivations behind it, identifies potential transportation improvements, surveys new ideas, and illuminates important facts that are not commonly known.
